"Sounds like a good plan. Can I join you and your friends?"
Ivar didn't want to intrude but he didn't want to go back alone away from Syn. Lars was now giggling at something Torden just whispered into his ear. Everyone seemed happy enough and Sven would be busy with Davy, no doubt trying to chat the boy up. The car ride should be better than the one they had before.
"How are you finding the other tour members? Not too crazy I hope."
"Most of them are your friends." Syn looked a bit confused about the drummer asking if he could join them when they were, more or less, going where he lived.
"I don't mind. I like loud people." And quiet ones too. He smiled at Sam who was a good friend, a long time friend since they had grown up together in the same school even.
"Yes they are but I didn't want to intrude on your own plans tonight."
Ivar just didn't know what Syn wanted to do and couldn't assume Mikkel and everyone would want the drummer sitting with them. Who knew what Mikkel and Fredrik would get up to whilst drunk.
"Then, you'll fit in well here with all the tour being loud except a few. I like loud but I also like chilling watching TV and drinking."
The Swede was a chilled out person and was up for anything.
"Mikkel is a good kid and we're friends who watch shitty porn and drink together."
Ivar liked that he did this with the Dane when he wasn't busy with his dirty daddy Sigurd and cuddle boyfriend, Fredrik. Mikkel seemed to always find time to spend with everyone outside of his work commitments.
"To me you look like a sweet, young man. Maybe when we get back to the apartments your friend Ted Ronno might wave. He likes looking at your legs."
The drummer found this hilarious that Mick's father did this.
"Yeah, I heard about that. Mick's father is getting into so much trouble according to his wife. Good, innocent fun though. Why not? The man deserves to get drunk and have fun just like all of us, even if he is older."
Ivar was happy to see the parents of the band members having a good time just as much as the bands themselves. Ted and James Ronno were rogues and trash.
"I'd love to come out more often with you, Mikkel and Fredrik. Just to chill."
"Mikkel is always helping him get into trouble." Syn thought it was sweet that Ted came out with them and had fun. It was certainly better than some people's parents.
"We usually go out after every show, as long as Mikkel doesn't get dragged home by his other boyfriend." Syn enjoyed having groups of people out together. It was more fun that way.
"I think it's cute. Ted is a good man and Mick's father so that accounts for something."
Ivar had laughed when he saw the poor man get his ears beaten by his wife when he'd come back from the clubs near paralytic drunk. They always got him home back to his wife though so that was something.
"You mean dirty daddy Sigurd. He's such a fucking dirty bastard wanting blowjobs in the back of strip clubs."
"I like his parents." Syn had a good relationship with his parent for the most part even if his father sometimes wondered why he didn't get 'a real job'.
Sydney started to giggle and blushed a little. "Mikkel said he gets them in the front of the club too."
He had to be a trashy man but from what Syn had seen the man cared a lot about Mikkel, and Fredrik too.
"His parents are good, caring working-class people. Ted is a lot like Mick once he gets into the Mule."
That part caused Ivar to smirk. It seems both Ronno men couldn't handle their strong booze. As for James? Joey would know more about that since the boy was being fucked by him from what Ivar heard.
"The Ronnos are good people. Elsie is like a mother to those who don't or never had one."
Ivar was starting to notice that with the younger tour members in particular. It was really cute. The drummer turned to see people moving out and hoped he could spend some time with Syn.
"Mikkel is a good dancer just like you are a good singer. You have decent range and pitch in your voice."
Syn was happy to have more people coming along. Though he did wonder what they would all get up to once they were at the apartments. However, he didn't pick up on the flirting.
"Davy's mother has been giving me lessons for almost a year." He smiled because it had really improved his ability to sing.
